FAQ’s !!

Payment

Payment is due at the start of the booking.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal, cash or cheque.

Cancellation

Please give as much notice as possible. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before commencement then an administration charge may be levied. 

Keys

Keys are held securely and never labelled with the property address.

Keys can be left at the property at the end of each booking, or retained by Purrfect Partners for regular clients.

Areas Covered

Based in York we cover all areas in & around York.

Emergencies

We will request details of your cats vet before the start of the booking. We will take the cat to your vet if they become unwell whilst you are away & will always request your consent before doing so. In a genuine emergency, if we are unable to contact you, we will act in your cats best interests & in consultation with your vet with regard to veterinary treatment.

All vet costs incurred whilst you are away will remain the cat owners responsibility.

Insurance

Purrfect Partners has Public Liability insurance.

Vaccinations

Please make sure your cats are up to date on their vaccinations, flea and worming treatments. 

Food & Litter

Food and litter are not included in the cost of the booking, please make sure you have stocked up on litter, food and any treats you would like your cats to have.
